What is iCandy NYC?
A four-floor, New York City-themed immersive candy experience. Guests buy a ticket and receive a container to fill with candy as they move through the experience.

This experience is held indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1 to 1 ½ hours at this experience.
Is there parking available?
There are paid parking garages nearby; however, we strongly encourage visitors to take advantage of the many public transit options that serve Times Square.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! The Candy Shop at the end of the experience offers additional candy options for purchase.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We do not have a box office on site. We highly recommend you book your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot and desired time frame. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group of 10 or more, please reach customer care with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled entry time. If you're running late, we'll do our best to accommodate you within 10 minutes of your ticket time, depending on capacity.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
For the best experience, please leave large bags and wheeled items (like bikes, strollers, and skateboards) at home, the hotel, or a secure location. This helps us keep the space safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are committed to providing a best-in-class experience for all guests and have various accommodations in place for guests with disabilities. Guests requiring assistance, e.g. auxiliary aids or services, should contact customer care in advance of their visit for additional assistance or information.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms, please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at customer care.
Is coat check available?
This venue does not offer a coat check, please ensure to keep all coats and any shopping bags with you.
Is there an age requirement?
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit to the One Times Square Experience.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
